正常组与放射后未给药组的NIH小白鼠淋巴细胞直径分别为10.501±1.436μm和10.154±1.369μm(P>0.05)。放射后喂饲肉苁蓉总式组:小剂量组(125mg/kg)和大剂量组(250mg/kg)的淋巴细胞直径分别为17.602±2.696μm和18.207±2.448μm,与未给药组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。给药组的淋巴细胞出现类似T淋巴细胞转化的形态改变,转化率分别为86%和87%。结果表明:肉苁蓉有增强细胞免疫功能的作用;大剂量给药组的小鼠红细胞出现异形改变;各实验组其它血细胞形态未见明显改变。
The lymphocyte diameters of NIH mice in the normal group and the non-administered group after irradiation were 10.501±1.436 μm and 10.154±1.369 μm, respectively (P>0.05). After radiotherapy, the diameters of lymphocytes in the general group of Cistanche: 125 mg/kg and 250 mg/kg were 17.602±2.696 μm and 18.207±2.448 μm, respectively. There was a significant difference in the administration group (P<0.01). Lymphocytes in the administration group showed morphological changes similar to T lymphocyte transformation, with conversion rates of 86% and 87%, respectively. The results showed that cistanche could enhance the function of cellular immunity, and the erythrocytes of the mice in the high-dose group showed abnormal changes. There was no obvious change in the morphology of other blood cells in the experimental groups.
