采用随机前沿方法分析了中国1978-2010年间地区要素配置效率对全要素生产率的影响,并与张军等(2009)的研究做了比较分析。研究发现:(1)全要素生产率增长主要来源于技术进步,技术效率和规模报酬的影响较小。(2)要素配置效率对全要素生产率确实有较大的影响,要素配置效率的贡献为负值,在资本增长率大于劳动增长率的条件下,这一结论符合我国实际劳动报酬低于其真实贡献的事实。(3)回归分析结果表明要素配置非效率的原因是要素价格扭曲、资本对劳动的过度替代以及政府的干预等。
The stochastic frontier approach was used to analyze the impact of factor allocation efficiency on total factor productivity in China from 1978 to 2010 and compared with that of Zhang et al. (2009). The findings are as follows: (1) The total factor productivity growth mainly comes from technological progress, and the impact of technical efficiency and scale remuneration is small. (2) The efficiency of factor allocation does have a significant impact on total factor productivity, and the contribution of factor allocation efficiency is negative. Under the condition that the capital growth rate is greater than the rate of labor growth, this conclusion is consistent with the fact that the actual labor remuneration in China is lower than its true value The fact of contribution. (3) The results of regression analysis show that the reason for the inefficient allocation of factors is the distortion of factor prices, overcapitalization of capital and government intervention.
