自主合作探究式教学模式是一种将学生自主学习与课堂内外、基于网络等形式的合作学习加以整合的理论课教学模式。通过该教学模式的实践,试图有效改善成人学生的学习方式,将理论知识与学生实践能力相结合,围绕如何增强课程教学效果,构建网络环境下有效的教学模式。本文以课程《行政组织学》为例,阐述了开放教育中理论课教学实施方案,以有效辐射本专业或其他专业的理论课程教学。
Cooperative inquiry teaching mode is a theoretical teaching mode which integrates students’ autonomous learning with cooperative learning in and out of class and based on network. Through the practice of this teaching mode, trying to effectively improve the learning methods of adult students, the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical ability of students, focusing on how to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and build an effective teaching mode under the network environment. This paper takes the course of “Administrative Organization” as an example, expounds the teaching plan of theoretical courses in open education, in order to effectively radiate the teaching of the specialty or other specialized theoretical courses.
