从精准设计的角度出发,将产能和时间节奏的匹配以及投资效益等指标作为目标函数,提出了全板带型钢厂转炉—连铸区段单条生产线炉机匹配的多目标规划数学模型,并采用同样的方法,在单条生产线模型的基础上,建立了全板带型钢厂多条生产线转炉—连铸区段炉机匹配的多目标数学规划模型.通过改进后的分层序列法给出了所建模型的求解方法,并采用JAVA语言,借助Eclipse软件,运用面向对象的编程方法对模型进行了求解.最后利用此模型验证了首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司炼钢车间的设计是较优的设计方案.
From the point of view of precise design, this paper proposed a multi-objective programming mathematic model of multi-objective programming for the matching of furnace capacity with the single production line of converter-continuous casting section in full strip steel mill, using the matching of production capacity, time rhythm and investment benefit as objective functions. In the same way, based on a single production line model, a multi-objective mathematic programming model matching multi-plate strip steelmaking plant converter-continuous casting zone furnace is established.By the improved hierarchical sequence method, Modeling method and using JAVA language, using Eclipse software, using object-oriented programming method to solve the model.Finally, the model is used to verify the design of the steelmaking plant of Shougang Jingtang Iron & Steel United Co., Ltd. is superior Design.
