河南电建二公司在襄樊电厂工程中对施工组织模式进行了改革 ,采取 1个施工项目由 2支施工队伍来建设的办法 ,取得了很好的成效。在当前电力建设市场萎缩的情况下 ,采取这种办法 ,一方面可以增加业主择优选择施工队伍的余地 ,另一方面可以使更多的施工企业增加中标的机会 ,渡过目前的难关。
