现在应用摆动辗压技术的工厂越来越多,工艺范围日趋广泛,所取得的经济效益也越来越大。但是,目前还存在摆辗模具寿命偏低的问题,影响了摆动辗压技术的推广和效果。因此,如何合理的设计和使用模具,使其达到或超过常规锻造所使用的模具寿命,已成为一个重要的课题。我厂200t卧式摆动辗压机的模具使用寿命已达到常规锻压模的水平。现简介如下: 模具工作条件(与常规锻造相比,以下同)是摆动辗压机的模具与锻件接触时间长。以我厂200t摆动辗压机辗压半轴为例,锻件随凹模做水平进给,到辗头接触锻件时为8秒,辗头辗压锻件为6~8秒,锻件与
