目的观察并总结耐多药肺结核患者采用左氧氟沙星、微卡(冻干治疗用母牛分枝杆菌菌苗)联合治疗的效果。方法将临床确定为耐多药肺结核67例随机分为观察组和治疗组,其中观察组34例采用3PZ+丙硫异烟胺+卷曲霉素+左氧+微卡/15力克肺疾+丙硫异烟胺+左氧;对照组33例采用3PZ+丙硫异烟胺+卷曲霉素/15力克肺疾+丙硫异烟胺方案,以探讨左氧氟沙星、微卡联合治疗耐多药肺结核疗效。结果观察组和对照组18月后痰菌阴转率分别为61.8%、36.4%,差异有统计学意义。结论左氧氟沙星、微卡联合治疗耐多药肺结核可取得满意疗效,值得进一步推广使用。
Objective To observe and summarize the effect of combined treatment of levofloxacin and microcarrier (Mycobacterium vaccae vaccine) in patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Sixty-seven patients with MDR-TB were randomly divided into observation group and treatment group. 34 cases in observation group were treated with 3PZ plus propylthiouracil, capreomycin, Isoniazid + left oxygen; 33 cases of the control group using 3PZ + propylthiouracil + capreomycin / 15 Lectra lung disease + propylthiouracil regimen to explore levofloxacin, micro-card combination treatment of multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Results After 18 months, sputum negative conversion rates in observation group and control group were 61.8% and 36.4%, respectively, with significant differences. Conclusion Levofloxacin and micro-card combined treatment of multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis can achieve satisfactory results, which is worth further promotion.
