在汽车电动助力转向(EPS)系统中,ECU要进行助力控制必须获得转动过程中的动态参数。这些参数主要有转向扭矩、方向盘位置角度及方向等,它们是ECU实施助力控制的重要依据。因此,测量这些参数的传感器是电动助力转向系统关键的部件之一。而车用传感器对使用环境、成本、稳定性等要求都比较高,这也是人们对它不断研究,更新的原因。随着微处理器技术的发展,成本的不断降低,以及对传感器性能要求的不断提高,智能传感器必将是未来传感器发展的方向,它具有设计简单、稳定性高、更新容易等优点。
In the automobile electric power steering (EPS) system, the ECU must obtain the dynamic parameters during the rotation in order to assist control. These parameters are mainly steering torque, steering wheel position and angle, etc. They are the important basis for ECU to implement assistive control. Therefore, the sensor measuring these parameters is one of the key components of the electric power steering system. The automotive sensors on the use of the environment, cost, stability and other requirements are relatively high, which is why people continue to study and update the reason. With the development of microprocessor technology, the continuous reduction of cost and the continuous improvement of sensor performance requirements, smart sensor is bound to be the future direction of sensor development. It has the advantages of simple design, high stability, easy to update and so on.
