藏饼是天津市有声誉的一种糕点。它的原名叫“葬花饼”。此名是贬意词。据民间传说明朝皇帝朱元璋火烧功臣楼时,功臣们正在宴前吃这种糕点。后人对朱元璋不满,为怀念功臣,称此品种为“葬花饼”。意思是天下已定,南征北战的功臣们用不着了,该葬花了。为纪念功臣,取名“葬花饼”。后来人们觉得用“葬”字做为食品名称不雅,故改为“藏”字。藏饼由宫廷传到了民间,后又经我市糖业糕点公司糕点技术进修
