我们采用自制的FRC[成分:纤维连结蛋白(Fibrotin),病毒唑(Ribavirini),氯霉素(Chloromgcetin)简称FRC]滴鼻液治疗鼻中隔粘膜糜烂溃疡31例,效果满意,报告如下。 1 资料和方法 1.1 临床资料 本组共62例,男38例,女24例,年龄4～56岁,等分成治疗组及对照组。均有反复性鼻出血,少数病人有鼻腔干燥、疼痛。病史最短1周,最长2～3年。除1例患有急性再生障碍性贫血、1例患有白血病外,其余病例体检及实验室检查均正常。本组病人主要表现为鼻中隔Little区粘膜糜烂或结痂。
