铁与三羟基荧光酮类试剂的显色反应具有较高的灵敏度。但铁与邻氯苯基荧光酮的显色反应未见报道。作者在研究六价铬与邻氯苯基荧光酮的显色反应时,发现与铁反应的灵敏度也很高,且不被EDTA所掩蔽。据此,本文对铁(Ⅲ)-邻氯苯基荧光酮-溴化十六烷基三甲基铵显色体系进行了系统的研究。结果表明,最佳显色酸度为pH6.0~9.0,最大吸收波长λ_(max)=591nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(591)=1.3×10~5,0~12μg Fe~(3+)/50ml符合比耳定律。在EDTA存在下,除钛外大量常见金属离子均不干扰测定。方法应用于铜合金中微量铁的测定,结果满意。
The color reaction of iron with trihydroxyfluorone reagent has high sensitivity. However, the color reaction of iron with o-chlorophenylfluorone has not been reported. When investigating the color reaction of hexavalent chromium with o-chlorophenylfluorone, the authors found that the reaction with iron is also highly sensitive and is not masked by EDTA. Therefore, the color system of iron (Ⅲ) -chlorophenylfluorone-cetyltrimethylammonium bromide was systematically studied in this paper. The results showed that the best color - developing acidity was pH6.0 ~ 9.0, the maximum absorption wavelength λ max = 591 nm, the apparent molar absorptivity ε 591 = 1.3 × 10 ~ 5 and 0 ~ 12μg Fe 3+, / 50ml consistent with Beer’s law. In the presence of EDTA, a large number of common metal ions except titanium do not interfere with the determination. The method was applied to the determination of trace iron in copper alloy with satisfactory results.
