异步轧制与传统的轧制方法不同。它是通过上辊慢速和下辊快速的线速度差值来实现的。异步轧制的主要优点是降低轧制力和能量损耗。本文是利用平面应变刚塑性有限元法对异步轧制过程进行结构的变形分析。 计算条件取自文献中的试验条件,因此计算结果可以用试验数据相比较。由多种条件的数值分析来讨论搓轧区和差速比对轧制力、轧制力矩的影响。 计算结果符合实测的结果,可以认为刚塑性有限元法也是解决异步轧制的一种有效工具。
Asynchronous rolling and rolling the traditional method is different. It is achieved by the difference between the speed of the upper roller and the speed of the lower roller. The main advantages of asynchronous rolling reduce the rolling force and energy loss. This article is the use of plane strain rigid-plastic finite element method for the deformation analysis of the structure of the asynchronous rolling process. The calculation conditions are taken from the experimental conditions in the literature, so the calculation results can be compared with the experimental data. By numerical analysis of a variety of conditions to discuss the rolling zone and the differential speed on the rolling force, rolling torque. The calculated results are in line with the measured results. It can be considered that the rigid plastic finite element method is also an effective tool to solve the asynchronous rolling.
