我厂一台SHL6.5—25—AⅣ型锅炉子1986年4月投入运行,原配套卧式旋风除尘器除尘效果差,经常烟尘散落四周,影响环境,浪费能源。运行近二年,筒体多处发生穿孔,停车修补,影响生产。88年初我厂自行设计花岗岩水膜除尘器,投资1.25万元,88年6月初投入运行以来,除尘效果很好,完全达到锅炉烟囱排放标准,林格曼黑度级为1级以下,每日多回收除尘灰1吨,将除尘灰卖给砖瓦厂每年回收费用六千余元。本文介绍了花岗岩水膜除尘器的设计计算、加工及安装方法,供采用时参考。
