幽门弯曲菌(CP)与胃炎、消化性溃疡的关系近年来受到人们的重视。但它是否是致病菌尚无定论、我们于1987年1月至1988年8月,对接受胃镜检查的住院及门诊病人100例,进行了口腔CP培养及食管至十二指肠降部活检标本Warthin-Starry嗜银染色和HE染色检查,以了解上消化道不同部位CP的分布及与炎症的关系。
