针对火电厂主蒸汽压力被控对象的大惯性、大滞后等特点,提出将预测函数控制(PFC)与PID相结合的主蒸汽压力预测控制方案。根据预测函数控制的基本原理和应用特点,在分析其一般算法的基础上,将算法用于系统的主控制器中,副控制器采用常规PI控制器。MATLAB仿真结果表明,与常规PID串级控制策略相比,PFC-PID控制策略有很好的鲁棒性和较强的抗干扰能力。
In view of the large inertia and large lag of the controlled object of the main steam pressure in thermal power plant, the main steam pressure predictive control scheme combining the predictive function control (PFC) and PID is proposed. According to the basic principle and application characteristics of predictive function control, based on the analysis of its general algorithm, the algorithm is used in the main controller of the system, and the secondary controller adopts the conventional PI controller. MATLAB simulation results show that, compared with the conventional PID cascade control strategy, PFC-PID control strategy has good robustness and strong anti-interference ability.
