我厂是个只有五百多人的国营企业,1991年全厂职工团结进取、努力工作,取得了扭亏为盈、经济效益增长速度全市第一的好成绩.但这个效益并不能令人满意,工厂仍处于爬坡阶段.适应企业改革的形势,我们厂部办公室从精干、实效的原则出发,编制只有4人,设主任一名,秘书兼统计一名,小车司机一名,档案、打字收发一名.在91年的工作中,我们办公室做了积极的努力,现把我们的一些体会讲出来,与兄弟单位共同探讨新时期办公室工作如何适应改革开放的大环境.
Our factory is a state-owned enterprise with more than 500 inhabitants.
