电厂运行的汽轮机高压汽缸,在检修中往往发现由于铸造、运行温度以及其他因素造成的裂纹等缺陷。为了确保安全运行,必须进行焊补。国内提出了使用CrMoV珠光体焊条、工频感应加热、分层锤击和跟踪回火的热焊方法和采用NiCr奥氏体焊条的冷焊方法。经长期运行考验,证明这两种方法都是成功的。但冷焊方法具有工艺简单、成本低、节省人力、劳动条件好和焊后变形小等优点,更适合于电厂条件。
Turbine high-pressure cylinders operated by power plants often find defects such as cracks caused by casting, operating temperature and other factors during overhaul. In order to ensure safe operation, welding repair must be carried out. China has proposed the use of CrMoV pearlite electrode, frequency induction heating, layered hammering and tracking of the hot-welding method and the use of NiCr austenitic electrode welding method of cold welding. After long-term operation tests prove that both methods are successful. However, the cold welding method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, manpower saving, good working conditions and small distortion after welding, and is more suitable for power plant conditions.
