李龙文(1943-),男,教授级高级工程师。1998年以前任北京半导体器件五厂总工程师兼微电子研究所所长。领导一支功率控制IC的研发团队,使五厂成为我国各类军用电源IC的主要供应商。现任北京器件五厂电力电子分公司技术总监、中国电源学会常务理事、元器件专业委员会主任,主要研究方向为军用DC-DC。已发表多部著作、论文和报告。 Li Longwen (1943-), male, professor-level senior engineer. Prior to 1998, he served as chief engineer of Beijing Semiconductor Devices Factory 5 and director of the Institute of Microelectronics. Led a power control IC R & D team to make Wuchang become China’s various types of military power IC’s main suppliers. Incumbent Beijing plant five plants power electronics branch director of technology, executive director of China Power Association, member of the professional committee director, the main research direction for the military DC-DC. Has published many books, papers and reports.
