本文就砂轮直径的变化对小模数ZK圆柱蜗杆齿形影响问题进行了研究。用计算机对不同头数、不同模数、不同直径的小模数ZK圆柱蜗杆齿形随砂轮直径的变化情况进行了大量的数值计算,从中找出其变化规律,并给出了一个简单实用的小模数ZK圆柱蜗杆齿形误差近似计算公式。利用本文推荐的公式,可根据齿形公差要求,确定出应选砂轮的最大直径和允许的磨损量。
In this paper, the change of wheel diameter on the small modulus ZK cylindrical worm tooth shape problems were studied. A large number of numerical calculations were carried out on the variation of tooth diameters of ZK cylindrical worm with different head numbers, different moduli and different diameters with the computer. The change law was found out and a simple and practical Approximate formula of tooth shape error of small module ZK cylindrical worm. Using the formulas recommended in this document, the maximum diameter of the wheel to be selected and the allowable amount of wear can be determined based on the tolerance requirements.
