目的探讨高血压患者不同部位心脏组织左房室瓣运动速度。方法选取2013年9月—2015年3月新疆医科大学第二附属医院收治的高血压患者100例作为病例组,同期在本院健康体检者100例作为对照组。采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测两组受试者左房室瓣口舒张早期充盈峰(E)、舒张晚期充盈峰(A),计算E/A比值;检测室间隔、左心室侧壁、左心室下壁、左心室前壁左房室瓣环舒张早期充盈峰(e)、舒张晚期充盈峰(a),计算e/a比值。结果两组受试者E、A比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而病例组患者E/A比值低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组受试者室间隔e、a,侧壁e、a、e/a比值,下壁e、a、e/a比值,前壁e、a、e/a比值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而病例组患者e/a比值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者早期左心室舒张功能减低时室间隔左房室瓣环e/a比值最早出现改变,不同部位心脏组织左房室瓣运动速度改变存在一定差异。
Objective To investigate the velocity of left atrioventricular valve of heart tissue in patients with hypertension. Methods 100 cases of hypertensive patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2013 to March 2015 were selected as the case group and 100 healthy subjects in the same period as the control group. Color Doppler echocardiography was used to detect the early diastolic filling peak (E) and late diastolic filling peak (A) in the two groups of subjects, and the E / A ratio was calculated. The interventricular septum, left ventricular wall, Left ventricular anterior wall, left ventricular anterior wall left ventricular annulus early filling peak (e), late filling peak (a), calculated e / a ratio. Results There was no significant difference in E and A between the two groups (P> 0.05). The E / A ratio of patients in the two groups was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in the e, a, e, a, e / a ratios of the interventricular septum between the two groups, e, a, e / a ratio of inferior wall, e, a, (P> 0.05), while the e / a ratio of patients in the case group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The e / a ratio of left ventricular annulus at the early stage of left ventricular hypertrophy is decreased in the early stage of hypertensive patients, and there is a certain difference in the changes of left ventricular aortic valve velocity between different locations.
