目的研究肉桂精油对正常大鼠肠道梭菌属IV簇菌群和拟杆菌属两类主要菌群的影响。方法 SD大鼠每天给予肉桂精油0.384 3 g/kg,连续给药30 d,取结肠和直肠内容物,针对肠道菌群的16S rRNA,采用末端限制性片段多态性技术(TRFLP)分析肠道梭菌属IV簇细菌和拟杆菌属细菌的数量、多样性及其分布。结果肉桂精油给药后,肠道梭菌IV簇细菌和拟杆菌的数量、多样性及分布均发生显著变化,尤其是肠道梭菌Ⅳ簇细菌的变化更大。肉桂精油对结肠和直肠中两类菌的影响存在差异。结论肉桂精油对肠道梭菌IV簇和拟杆菌属两类主要菌群的影响可能是肉桂对肥胖和糖尿病的作用机制之一。
Objective To study the effects of cinnamon essential oil on two major groups of bacteria of Enterobacter cloacae IV Cluster and Bacteroidetes in normal rats. Methods SD rats were administrated with cinnamon oil 0.384 3 g / kg daily for 30 days. Colon and rectal contents were collected. According to the 16S rRNA of intestinal flora, the intestinal tract was analyzed by TRFLP Number, diversity and distribution of bacteria of the genus Clostridium toxin IV and Bacteroides species. Results After administration of Cinnamon essential oil, the number, diversity and distribution of IV cluster bacteria and Bacteroidetes were significantly changed, especially those of V. gutteriae. There are differences in the effects of cinnamon oil on two types of bacteria in the colon and rectum. Conclusion The effect of cinnamon essential oil on two main groups of Clostridium clostridialis and Bacteroidetes may be one of the mechanisms of cinnamon on obesity and diabetes mellitus.
