介绍了作者研制的往复式压缩机填料模拟实验装置,利用该装置可以检测填料在动态工作条件下的密封压差分布、泄漏量、摩擦力及摩擦表面温度.根据压缩机填料环独有的结构特征,提出了用电阻应变片检测填料环与活塞杆之间油膜厚度的方法.对填料环的润滑状态进行实验检测和数学模拟计算,确定了影响填料润滑摩擦的主要参数,为改进填料工作可靠性提供了依据.
The simulation experiment device for reciprocating compressor packing developed by the author is introduced. With this device, the differential pressure distribution, the leakage volume, the friction force and the friction surface temperature of the packing under dynamic working conditions can be detected. According to the unique structural characteristics of the packing ring, a method of measuring the thickness of the oil film between the packing ring and the piston rod by using the strain gauge of the compressor is proposed. Testing the lubrication state of the packing ring and calculating the mathematical simulation, and determining the main parameters that affect the lubrication and friction of the filler, which provide the basis for improving the reliability of the packing.
