目的检测市售的3件染发剂的遗传毒性。方法使用以小鼠淋巴瘤细胞(L5178Y)为细胞系的体外微核实验方法检测3件市售染发剂作用于细胞后的产生的微核率。经过细胞制片、染色、显微镜计算双核细胞的微核率进行结果分析。结果 3件染发剂与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),确定体外微核试验为阳性。结论此次检测的3件市售染发剂体外微核实验结果均为阳性。
Objective To examine the genotoxicity of 3 commercially available hair dyes. Methods Micronucleus rate of 3 commercially available hair dye was determined by in vitro micronucleus test using mouse lymphoma cells (L5178Y) as the cell line. After cell preparation, staining, microscopic calculation of the micronucleus rate of binuclear cells were analyzed. Results The results showed that there was a significant difference between the three hair dye groups and the control group (P <0.05). The micronucleus test was positive in vitro. Conclusion The results of in vitro micronucleus test of three commercially available hair dyes tested were positive.
