“凡有的,还要加给他,叫他有余。没有的,连他所有的,也要夺过来。”这在心理现象中被称为“马太效应”。在我们的日常教学中,优生好对待,差生差对待,优生处于班级中的强势地位,课堂内外都拥有更多的表现机会,班上的大多数荣誉都属于他们,反之差生则完全处于弱势,表现的机会非常少,却往往是老师批评教训的对象,这么看,我们的教育中也是经常出现典型的马太效应。那么如何中和这一现象,使它成为教育中的一个教育学生,帮助其成长的一个有效契机呢?
