自1979年以来,我院收治下腔静脉后输尿管5例,其中1例为罕见下腔静脉环状畸形分支后输尿管,手术治疗效果好.现报告如下.1 临床资料本组5例,男4例,女1例,年龄17～67岁,平均38.6岁.均有右腰痛不适,其中绞痛1例,伴血尿2例,肾盂移行上皮癌1例,继发肾盂感染1例.除腔静脉畸形分支后输尿管1例外,余均于术前经B超、IVP及逆行肾盂造影确诊为低袢型.2例行输尿管中上段切断复位吻合术,1例行腔静脉分支结扎切除术,1例并发肾盂癌行根治性肾脏输尿管切除术,1例因肾脏无功能行肾脏切除术.治疗效果满意.2 罕见病例报告
