采用超声法,在80℃下,制备了H3PW12O40/TiO2(锐钛)复合催化剂,并采用XRD、FT-IR等方法对样品进行了表征。通过染料刚果红和亚甲基蓝为模拟污染物的光催化降解实验考察了复合催化剂的光催化活性。结果表明,在太阳光下,复合光催化剂的催化活性高于单体TiO2,H3PW12O40/TiO2(锐钛)在90min内,对溶液中刚果红的去除率达99.17%,对亚甲基蓝溶液的TOC去除率达73.17%。复合催化剂在反复实验5次后,仍能保持有效的催化性能。
The H3PW12O40 / TiO2 (anatase) composite catalyst was prepared by ultrasonic method at 80 ℃. The samples were characterized by XRD and FT-IR. The photocatalytic activity of the composite catalyst was investigated by means of photocatalytic degradation of dye Congo red and methylene blue as simulated pollutants. The results showed that under solar light, the catalytic activity of composite photocatalyst was higher than that of monolithic TiO2, H3PW12O40 / TiO2 (anatase) within 90 min, the removal rate of congo red in solution was 99.17%. The TOC removal rate of methylene blue solution Up to 73.17%. After repeated experiments five times, the composite catalyst can still maintain effective catalytic performance.
