校本教研是初二英语教师进行继续教育的一种有效途径,校本教研有利于提高教师的专业水平,实现教师英语专业进一步的飞速发展。在校本教研中,教研质量的高低是由各种因素决定的,其中最重要,也是最关键的因素便是教师互助效率。但纵观当下初二英语教师校本教研教师互助现状,一些问题逐渐暴露出来,亟待优化解决。
School-based teaching and research is an effective way for continuing education for the first two English teachers. School-based teaching and research is helpful to improve the professional level of teachers and achieve further rapid development of teachers’ English majors. In school-based teaching and research, the quality of teaching and research is determined by various factors, of which the most important and most crucial factor is the mutual aid efficiency of teachers. However, looking at the status quo of mutual assistance of school-based teachers in the current second grade at present, some problems are gradually exposed and are urgently needed to be optimized and resolved.
