在铅球教学中,往往容易出现以下两种错误的技术动作。第一是推球时臀部后坐,主要原因是右腿蹬地不充分;第二是滑步后动作停顿,主要原因是左脚落地不积极。运用常规的教学方法来纠正这些错误,效果不理想,笔者利用斜坡予以纠正,收到了较明显的效果。 一、利用上坡来纠正臀部后坐的错误 (一)练习特点 上坡增加右腿蹬地的阻力和延长蹬地的距离,可以帮助学生加深体会右腿蹬地的肌肉用力感觉,发展右腿蹬地的力量。 (二)练习方法与要求
