通过对混凝土(砼)建构筑物的玻坏主要原因分析以及资料和现场调研,认为对混凝土(砼)建构长物的涂层保护是简便又经济的措施之一。针对混凝土(砼)建构筑物的涂层保护,科研人员进行了涂料配方设计、室内小样试验、现场试验,经过试验研究认为选用GEX—1混凝土专用防腐涂料即环氧聚酰胺树脂底漆、氟醋复合三元树脂面漆配套使用,并将底漆、面漆间加一层中碱玻璃布,即二道底漆——一层玻璃布——二道面漆能充分利用两种漆的特长,提高涂层的保护性能。这样的涂层既具有良好的附着力、机械性及防腐性能,又具有较好的耐候性,并且施工工艺简单,特别适用于盐碱(渍)环境中混凝土(砼)建构筑物的涂料保护。在克拉玛依盐碱(渍)环境中混凝土(砼)建构筑物上的使用效果是显著的。
