2015年8月27日,由同济大学建筑与城市规划学院、上海市城市规划设计研究院、上海市城市规划建筑设计工程有限公司主办,亚洲城市研究中心、同济大学建筑与城市空间研究所、《上海城市规划》杂志承办的“亚洲城市论坛2015·上海”在上海世博会最佳实践区上海设计中心南馆举办。第三届亚洲城市论坛的主题是“建设亚洲城市新未来:规划的创新转型”。中科院院士、同济大学教授郑时龄,上海市规划和国土资源管理局局长庄少勤,同济大学副校长伍江,上海市规划和国土资源管理局副局长徐毅松,浦东新区副区长张玉鑫,上海市城市规划设计研究院党委书记余亮、副院长赵宝静等出席了论坛。论坛邀请了来自新加坡、韩国、泰国、哈萨克斯坦等国家,以及台北、北京、上海、杭州、厦门等城市共12位专家,围绕快速城镇化、城市转型及“一带一路”战略背景下规划的创新转型,交流了总体规划编制、城市更新、社区治理等方面的理论研究和实践案例,为建设亚洲城市美好新未来分享了各自城市发展的经验。中国科学院院士、同济大学建筑与城市空间研究所所长郑时龄教授代表主办方致答谢词。他指出,亚洲城市论坛建立了亚洲城市规划专家交流的良好网络,不仅探讨了城市规划相关理论研究的最新成果,也交流了城市规划、城市设计、社区治理等实践领域的宝贵经验,为国内城市的城镇化和转型发展提供借鉴。现将论坛的1个主旨报告和11个主题报告整理如下(未经报告人审阅),以飨读者。
On August 27, 2015, the symposium was sponsored by the School of Architecture and Urban Planning, Tongji University, Shanghai Urban Planning and Design Institute, Shanghai Urban Planning Architectural Design Engineering Co., Ltd., Asian Cities Research Center, Institute of Architecture and Urban Space of Tongji University, Shanghai Urban Planning Magazine hosted “Asian City Forum 2015 · Shanghai” held at Shanghai Design Center South Hall in Shanghai World Expo Best Practice Area. The theme of the Third Asian City Forum is “Building a New Future for Asian Cities: Planning and Transformation of Innovation.” Zheng Shiling, a professor at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a professor at Tongji University, Zhuang Shaoqin, director of Shanghai Planning and Land Resources Administration, Wu Jiang, vice president of Tongji University, Xu Yisong, deputy director of Shanghai Planning and Land Resources Administration, Zhang Yuxin, deputy mayor of Pudong New Area, Institute Liang Liang, party secretary and vice president Zhao Baojing attended the forum. The forum invited a total of 12 experts from Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Kazakhstan and other cities as well as Taipei, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Xiamen cities. With a focus on rapid urbanization, urban transformation and planning under the “Belt and Road” strategy And exchanged the theoretical research and practical cases in the areas of overall planning, urban renewal and community governance, sharing their respective experiences in urban development for building a beautiful new future for Asian cities.
