目的分析联动式健康教育在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法 200例糖尿病患者,随机分为常规组和改良组,各100例。常规组给予常规健康教育护理干预,改良组给予联动式健康教育护理干预,对两组患者的护理效果进行分析。结果改良组患者护理满意度、糖尿病健康教育知识知晓情况、饮食干预依从性、合并症发生比例均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论应用联动式健康教育管理糖尿病患者,可提高护理满意度,明显改善患者饮食干预依从性,降低合并症,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of linked health education in the treatment of diabetic patients. Methods 200 cases of diabetic patients were randomly divided into routine group and modified group, each 100 cases. The routine group was given routine health education and nursing intervention, and the improved group was given interventional health education and nursing intervention. The nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results In the improved group, the patients’ satisfaction with nursing, awareness of diabetes health education, compliance with dietary intervention and the incidence of comorbidity were significantly better than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of coordinated health education to manage diabetes patients can improve nursing satisfaction, significantly improve patient compliance with diet intervention, reduce complications, and improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
