卫生器具及其相关管道的堵塞（或泄漏）是建筑安装施工中的常见质量通病，影响面广、危害性大，不可忽视。本刊在本期中发表的两篇文章从不同角度较详细地叙述了这方面质量问题产生的原因及防治措施，希望能引起业内人士的重视，进一步提高建筑安装产品的质量。
The clogging (or leakage) of sanitary appliances and their associated pipelines is a common quality problem in construction and installation. It has a wide range of impacts and is of great harm and cannot be ignored. The two articles published in this issue have described the causes of the quality problems and preventive measures in more detail from different angles. We hope to attract the attention of people in the industry and further improve the quality of construction and installation products.
