核磁共振成像系统(MRI)以其软组织分辨率高、多层面成像、无电离辐射损伤等优点广泛应用于临床。MRI装置可产生极低频磁场和高频电磁场,特别是极低频磁场较大,国际肿瘤研究机构(IARC)已将极低频磁场确定为人类可疑致瘤原。为保护MRI医务工作者和公众的健康,减少和控制电磁辐射的危害,我们对医院一台德国西门子公司MRI(0.35T)机防护情况进行调查和电磁辐射水平测试,结果报告如下:
Magnetic resonance imaging system (MRI) with its high resolution soft tissue, multi-level imaging, non-ionizing radiation injury, etc. widely used in clinical. MRI devices can produce very low frequency magnetic fields and high frequency electromagnetic fields, especially in very low frequency magnetic fields. The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has identified very low frequency magnetic fields as human suspicious oncoomas. To protect the health of MRI medical workers and the general public, and to reduce and control the harm of electromagnetic radiation, we conducted a survey on the protection of a MRI (0.35T) machine at a hospital in Germany and the level of electromagnetic radiation.
