在从事中学数学教学十多年中,担任过好几届七年级数学的教学工作,对七年级新生入学不久就成为数学的学困生曾经感到非常的困惑,也曾抱怨自己的学生小学基础太差,没有学好小学数学,在进入中学后啥也不会、啥也不懂。当自己的孩子也进入小学学习后,有机会接触到小学课本,感受孩子学习的过程。
