研究了新型导流介质在树脂的流动特性,采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑工艺(VARTM),对用新型导流介质和聚乙烯导流介质成型的复合材料的力学性能和抗弹性能进行比较。结果表明,3层叠加的新型导流介质的流动能力与聚乙烯导流介质的相当,新型导流介质存在于复合材料中,对复合材料整体的力学性能和抗弹性能没有大的影响,说明新型导流介质不会影响复合材料的界面性能。
The flow characteristics of the new diversion medium in the resin were studied. The mechanical properties and the anti-ballistic performance of the composites fabricated by the new diversion medium and the polyethylene diversion medium were compared by vacuum assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM). The results show that the flow capacity of the new three-layer diversion medium is comparable to that of the polyethylene diversion medium, and the new diversion medium exists in the composite, which has no significant effect on the mechanical properties and the anti-elasticity properties of the composite, indicating that The new flow media does not affect the interfacial properties of the composite.
