(一) 在流域规划阶段及初设准备阶段,我们采用了苏联先进经验:“用折算砼土方来计算水工建筑物的造价”。从而比较简捷地进行计算工作,并且大大地节省了工作量,由于造价指标在统一的基础上,根据枢纽施工条件所求出,因此能保证成果的准确性。现将砼折算规程的基本原则与内容介绍如下: (1)采用折砼方法,确定主要建筑物中主要建筑安装工程项目的造价; (2)确定建筑安装工程的造价,将主要建筑安装工程的土建项目换算成砼,再乘1公方折砼的价格; (3)利用折算系数,将建筑安装工程的土建项目换算砼,其折算系数等于各类工程的单位价格
