“关爱一切学生”作为一种教育理念,它所代表的是一种立场、一种态度、一种精神、一种追求,是广大教育工作者教书育人的基本准则。每一位教师都应从内心深处关爱每一位学生。爱寓于关怀之中。爱,是教育永恒的话题。师爱,是师德的灵魂。但是,如何把爱化为教育者的教育行为,让爱走进校园、充盈课堂、触摸到一个个灵动的生命,让爱在孩子心中留下永远抹不去的美好回忆,让教育者和受教育者都感受到教育的幸福……这需要一个教师把自己内心自然形态的爱赋予真诚与智慧,在教育实践、学校生活中渗透、凸现,并不断反思、积累。
