教与学的关系问题是教学过程的本质问题,同时也是教学论中的重大理论问题。教学是教师的教与学生的学的统一,这种统一的实质是交往、互动。因此,应该把教学过程看成是师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的过程。没有交往,没有互动,就不存在或未发生教学,耶些只有教学的形式表现而无实质性交往发生的“教学”是假教学。把教学本质定位为交往,是对教学过程的正本清源。它是对“把教学看成是教师有目的、有计划、有组织地向学生传授知识、训练技能、发展智力、培养能力、陶冶品德的过程”这一传统观念的重大突破。
The relationship between teaching and learning is the essence of the teaching process, but also a major theoretical issue in teaching theory. Teaching is the unity of teaching and student learning. The essence of this unity is interaction and interaction. Therefore, the teaching process should be regarded as the process of teacher-student interaction, positive interaction and common development.
