将轴瓦从两端上口一定范围(距上口10~20°)按要求逐渐向上口减薄,主要是为了克服装配后的轴瓦口内缩现象。 轴瓦内孔加工一般有镗削、拉削、刮削等方法。而镗削是应用较广泛的一种方法。图1是我厂镗削加工减薄区的一种模具结构示意图。在衬模靠近上口处开一“槽”,调节调整螺钉,通过圆柱销,使衬模带动轴瓦一起向里收缩,收缩量由调整螺钉控制。轴瓦品种繁多,减薄区的要求不一致。对于减薄区长度要求较短的轴瓦, 使用这种镗模结构,减薄的区域往往会超长。这是由衬模结构本身决定的。
