通过实验对碳化硅、硼化物、氟化物三元系统的釉化规律及其影响因素做了探讨,并将其应用于膏剂渗硼和热处理加热用保护涂料。实验表明:利用这一釉化系统而实现的自保护膏剂渗硼法具有渗硼能力强,操作简单,成本低,渗后工件表面易清洗等特点;利用这一系统做为热处理加热用保护涂料具有很好的高温抗氧化能力,经其保护的工件,表面光洁不发生氧化,而且化学成分不发生变化,具有极大的应用价值。
Through the experiment, the law of glazing of silicon carbide, boride and fluoride ternary system and its influencing factors are discussed. And it is applied to protective coatings for boronizing and heat treatment of paste. Experiments show that: the use of this glaze system to achieve self-protection ointment boronizing with strong boronizing ability, simple operation, low cost, easy to wash after the surface of the workpiece permeability and other characteristics; the use of this system as a heat treatment with protective coatings Has a good high temperature oxidation resistance, the protection of the workpiece, the surface smooth oxidation does not occur, but the chemical composition does not change, with great value.
