目的:建立一种评价不同花部对金莲花主要成分贡献度的综合方法,为金莲花的育种,培养,开发和利用提供依据。方法:重量分析法测定不同花部的质量分数,高效液相色谱法测定不同花部荭草素和牡荆素的含量,采用数学方法计算各花部对金莲花中荭草素和牡荆素的贡献度,并通过Kruskal-Wallis H检验和主成分分析对各花部的贡献度进行差异分析。结果:花萼、花冠、花蕊群、花柄和子房对荭草素和牡荆素的贡献度分别为76.99%和71.93%,9.60%和8.33%,9.21%和8.10%,2.17%和6.62%,2.03%和5.02%。结论:不同花部对荭草素和牡荆素的贡献不均等,其中,花萼贡献度最大,并且与其他花部具有极显著差异。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a comprehensive evaluation method for the contribution of different flowerbeds to the main components of Trollius nivalis and provide the basis for the breeding, cultivation, development and utilization of Trollius chinensis. Methods: Gravimetric method was used to determine the mass fraction of different flowers and HPLC method was used to determine the contents of arbutin and vitexin in different flowers. Mathematical methods were used to calculate the contents of arbutin and vitexin The contribution of each flower was analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis H test and principal component analysis. Results: The contribution rates of calyx, corolla, stamen, stalk and ovary to turmeric and vitexin were 76.99% and 71.93%, 9.60% and 8.33%, 9.21% and 8.10%, 2.17% and 6.62% 2.03% and 5.02%. CONCLUSION: The contribution of different flowerbeds to turmeric and vitexin is unequal. Among them, the contribution of calyx is the largest, and it has extremely significant difference with other flowers.
