用薄膜X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜和X光光电子能谱(XPS)技术对经350~540℃/30分~240分氧化处理的Co基(Mn、Mo、Fe、Si、B)非晶合金的表面组织、结构及状态的变化进行了研究。研究表明,在低于晶化温度T_x70℃处理,合金带首先在表面发生晶化和氧化,在其表面形成一层厚度约有0.1μm、组织极其细小、均匀和致密的氧化膜和晶化膜。主要的相组成是MnO_2、MoO_3、Mn_3O_4、α-Co固溶体。处理温度升高,晶化和表面氧化加剧,当温度高于T_x时,合金完全晶化,主要的相组成MnO_2,MoO_3,α-Co固溶体,CO_3B和Co(立方)固溶体。合金带的组织形貌具有明显的方向性。
The Co (Mn, Mo, Fe, Si, B) non-oxides treated by oxidation at 350-540 ℃ / 30-240 were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and XPS. Crystalline alloy surface structure, structure and state changes were studied. The results show that the alloy strip is first crystallized and oxidized on the surface at T_x70 ℃ lower than the crystallization temperature, forming an oxide film and a crystallized film on the surface with a thickness of about 0.1μm, extremely fine microstructure, uniform and dense structure . The main phase composition is MnO_2, MoO_3, Mn_3O_4, α-Co solid solution. When the temperature is higher than T_x, the alloy is completely crystallized. The main phases are MnO_2, MoO_3, α-Co solid solution, CO_3B and Co (cubic) solid solution. The microstructure of the alloy strip has obvious directionality.
