随着我矿生产的发展,化验任务不断增大,原有的单一风柜(亦称蒸酸柜)通风不能适应化验工作的要求。一九八一在建造新化验楼时,对单一风柜进行了大胆改革,自行设计建成了一种双翼式通风柜。它采用经过防腐处理的松木,硬塑及透明玻璃等材料制成,与支风管设置在相邻两化验间的间墙中,由隔离板将一柜分成两柜,两面装有配重滑动柜门,供两室同时使用(见图1)我矿新化验楼现建有四座双翼风柜,分别与两台设在屋顶的2.2千瓦塑料离心风机将八个化验间有毒有害气体排出室外。风机房小巧简易,机座与屋面间采取了简单可靠的防震措施。双翼风柜投产运行近一年来,
With the development of our mine production, the number of laboratory tests has continued to increase, and the original single cabinet (also known as steam cabinet) has been unable to adapt to the requirements of laboratory tests. In 1981, during the construction of the new laboratory building, a single reformer was boldly reformed and a wing-type fume hood was designed. It is made of preserved pine, hard plastic and transparent glass. It is installed in the partition between two adjacent test chambers. The partition panel divides a cabinet into two cabinets with counterweight sliding on both sides. Doors for simultaneous use in two rooms (see Figure 1) The new laboratory building in our mine currently has four bifurcated wind cabinets, with two 2.2-kilowatt plastic centrifugal fans installed on the roof to expel toxic and harmful gases from eight testing rooms to the outside. The fan room is small and simple, and simple and reliable shockproof measures are taken between the machine base and the roof. The bifurcated wind cabinet was put into operation for nearly a year.
