评价红景天酒作为新研制保健食品的安全性。按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》，进行小鼠急性毒性试验、骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、精子畸形试验与大鼠Ames试验、30d喂养试验检测。结果显示：红景天酒小鼠急性毒性试验结果（MTD）大于19.80g/kg·bw 属无毒级，小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、精子畸形试验与大鼠Ames 试验结果均匀为阴性；大鼠30d喂养试验可见动物生长发育良好，红景天酒各剂量组的体重、食物利用率、脏体比值及血液学常规检测、血生化指标与对照组比较均无显著性差异（P>0.05）；组织检查主要脏器未发现引起动物中毒损伤病理性改变。红景天保健酒是安全、无毒、无致突变作用的保健食品。“,” To evaluate the edible safety of Hongjingtian Jiu as health food. According to the terms from “technical standards for test & toxicological assessment of health food” issued by Healthy Ministry of RRC, acute toxicity test in mice, mouse bone marrow cell micronucleus test, mouse sperm abnormality test, rats Ames test and thirty days feeding study were performed. Acute toxicity MTD test results of Hongjingtian Jiu were greater than 19.80g/kg·bw, that was nontoxic. The negative results were obtained in mouse bone marrow nuclear test , mouse sperm aberration and rats Ames test. 30-day feeding study showed mice grow well, and showed that the difference of body weight of Hongjingtian Jiu groups was not significant compared with control group, ax same as food utilization, internal organ/body ratio, routine hematology testing and blood biochemistry test result (P>0.05). In histological examination was no poisoning damage. Hongjingtian Jiu is safety health food without toxicity and mutagenicity.
