女性尿道肉阜多发于中老年者,偶发于青年者。治疗以手术切除为主,较小的也有用电凝、冷冻或化学药物烧灼等治疗。我科自1986年以来,用自行配制的三氯化铁溶液局部烧灼,较大肉阜者配合高频电刀切除,收到了显著效果,现介绍如下。一、一般资料本组212例,年龄25～81岁,平均53.5岁,均有排尿及接触疼痛、出血等症状。肉阜直径大于2cm者57例,小于1cm者110例,1～2cm者45例。二、方法与结果
