随着我国经济的快速发展,住宅产业化、建筑工业化必将成为未来发展的重要路线,其发展能有效地缓解日益突出的人口、资源、环境等各方面的压力。装配式结构在经济发展大趋势的影响下,显示出越来越突出的优势,成为建筑业近年来的研究热点。但伴随而来的是对未来设计与施工精确度以及复杂度提出的更高标准和要求。针对此问题,采用BIM技术对装配式混凝土框架结构进行了预拼装仿真研究,避免了在实际施工过程中预制构件吊装与安装过程中发生的碰撞等问题,以更好地指导施工,为促进装配式结构的发展提供支持,实现BIM技术与装配式结构的良好结合,从而保证装配式混凝土框架结构全生命周期的精确化管理以及效益最大化~([1])。
With the rapid economic development in our country, industrialization of housing and industrialization of buildings will surely become an important route for future development. Their development can effectively ease the pressure of increasingly prominent population, resources and environment. In order to solve this problem, the pre-assembled simulation of the prefabricated concrete frame structure is carried out by using BIM technology to avoid the problems of collision and the like during hoisting and installation of the prefabricated components in the actual construction process so as to better guide the construction, Style structure to support the BIM technology and assembly structure to achieve a good combination in order to ensure the assembly-type concrete frame structure of the entire life cycle of the precise management and the benefits of maximization [1].
