中国纺织机械股份有限公司董事长兼总经理黄关从不久前接受英国《金融时报》记者采访,在谈及人才培训时说,我要求我们的干部必须掌握五门知识,就是系统工程、辩证法、孙子兵法、创造学等,最近他们已经学完了孙子兵法,正在考试,接下去要学创造学。此外,对所有经营者我们也对他们进行培训,包括学习法律知识和商务知识。我们培训经营者不仅是看到现在,更是看到下一步,是为今后我公司兼并其他企业作准备。黄关从说,过去我们企业培养的都是管理型干部,他们能当好车间主任,但不一定能当好「老板」,现在他们成为「老板」后,就能在市场竞争中得到锻炼,为今后经营、管理好一个企业创造了条件。
