本文进一步发展了日本学者Hijikata-Mori给出的均匀浓度逆向发展凝结放热模型及其非相似解:提出了非均匀浓度氟里昂蒸汽-空气物系体积力膜状凝结放热模型及其积分数值解;获得了不凝性气体浓度及其分布不均匀性对液膜厚度_l、气膜厚度、气液界面温度_i和局部换热量Q_x等参数的影响规律;利用天津大学凝结放热试验台模拟了一种常见非均匀浓度场(R_(113)-空气).进行了膜状凝结放热实验,其结果与理论解析相比较,具有良好的一致性.
This paper further develops the congealed exothermic model and its dissimilar solution for the homogeneous concentration reverse condensation developed by the Japanese scholar Hijikata-Mori. The model of the volumetric membrane condensation heat flux with non-uniform concentration in the Freon steam-air system and its integral value The influence law of the non-condensable gas concentration and its heterogeneity on the thickness of the liquid film, the thickness of the film, the temperature of the gas-liquid interface and the Q_x of the local heat transfer were obtained. The test bench simulates a common heterogeneous concentration field (R_ (113) -air). The film-like condensation heat release experiment was carried out, and the results were in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
