目的 探讨鲑鱼降钙素对糖尿病伴骨质疏松症的疗效。方法 用鲑鱼降钙素 5 0u隔日肌注治疗糖尿病伴骨质疏松症 3 0例半年 ,观察治疗前后腰椎、股骨骨密度、生化指标和骨质疏松性骨痛的变化。结果 治疗后腰椎L2～ 4 及股骨颈、股骨粗隆、华氏三角区骨密度较治疗前均显著升高 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 0 1)。血骨钙素 (BGP)、尿钙/肌酐也较治疗前显著升高 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 0 1)。而血清钙治疗前后无变化 (P >0 0 5 )。骨痛症状消失或减轻 ,有效率 10 0 %。结论 鲑鱼降钙素对糖尿病伴骨质疏松症有好的治疗效果
Objective To investigate the effect of salmon calcitonin on diabetic patients with osteoporosis. Methods Salmon calcitonin 50u every other day intramuscular injection of diabetes with osteoporosis 30 cases of six months, before and after treatment of lumbar, femur bone mineral density, biochemical markers and osteoporotic bone pain changes. Results The BMD of lumbar L2 ~ 4, femoral neck, femur trochanter and Fahrenheit triangle were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.01). Serum BGP, urinary calcium / creatinine were also significantly higher than before treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.01). There was no change in serum calcium before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Soreness disappeared or reduced, with an effective rate of 100%. Conclusion Salmon calcitonin has a good therapeutic effect on diabetic patients with osteoporosis
