本文把随机振动与强度分析结合起来,以客车车辆及RD_3轴为例,计算在满载运行和曲线通过条件下车辆受随机轨道谱作用的动态响应及车轴动、静应力。在此基础上,分析车辆的随机动态响应,并对车辆进行疲劳强度校核以及薄弱部位的预测。本文采用的方法尤其在新设计转向架以及其它运输机械时,对不可能得到实测应力谱的主要承载部件,开展理论研究和预测其薄弱环节均具有一定参考价值。
In this paper, the random vibration and strength analysis are combined to take the bus vehicle and the RD_3 axis as an example to calculate the dynamic response and the dynamic and static stress of the vehicle subjected to random orbital spectrum under full load and curve passing conditions. On this basis, the random dynamic response of the vehicle is analyzed, and the fatigue strength check and the prediction of the weak part of the vehicle are carried out. The method adopted in this paper has some reference value for the theoretical research and prediction of its weak links especially in the design of the bogies and other transportation machinery, which can not obtain the measured stress spectrum.
